Decomposing human remains dumped in a Yaounde neighbourhood

The residents around Mini Ferme neighbourhood in Yaounde are still shock after discovering a decomposing human remains dumped under a heap of rubbish. The  body was discovered by one one of the resident was about to burn the rubbish. 

The identity of the person and gender of the body has not yet been confirmed, however an eye witness said it looks like a mature female. The miniferme neighbourhood has a reputation for promiscuity and prostitution.

The area Looks like a carefully planned crime scene with no clue as to who might be behind this evil deed. Elements of the fire fighting brigade and police were still to arrive at the scene at the time this photo above.
