It's a boy! Anne Hathaway has welcomed a healthy baby boy. The Hollywood Actress gave birth to her first child on March 24 in Los Angeles and according to an exclusive by E! News, he has been named 'Jonathan Rosebanks Shulman'.

Anne's rep also confirmed the news. "The baby is extremely healthy and is surrounded by friends and family in L.A. Anne and Adam are ecstatic to be parents."

Abandoned Cat refuses to leave spot where it was dumped by owners a year ago

A cat has reportedly refused to leave the spot it was dumped by it's owners for a year now.
The cat is believed to have been left there when its owners moved out of their nearby apartment, leaving it behind. It was pictured by Ostap Zadunayskiy who put the picture on Russia’s version of Facebook, VKontakte.

He asked people what the cat's story was, and he was surprised when locals said the cat hasn't left that particular spot for a year since it was dumped by it's owners. He was told that the cat was seen running after the owners as they drove off.

But locals have been feeding the cat ever since.

Mr Zadunayskiy said:

“This is a great example of human meanness and true animal loyalty. Despite going viral however, many people were critical, saying they did not believe the story and that the cat probably just stayed there as it was getting fed every day.''

Photos: Law student and secular activist who was critical of radical Islamists hacked to death in Bangladesh

28 year old Bangladeshi law student and outspoken atheist Nazimuddin Samad was brutally killed in Dhaka on Wednesday, April 6 by attackers wielding machetes, the latest in a series of attacks on secular bloggers and activists in the Muslim majority country.

Syed Nurul Islam, deputy commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police to AFP said :

"They hacked his head with a machete. As he fell down, one of them shot him in the head with a pistol from close range. He died on the spot," 

The master’s student of the state-run Jagannath University’s Law Department, who was critical of radical Islamists was killed by suspected Islamist militants in Old Dhaka’s Sutrapur area.

He was attacked by three assailants while walking to his home in Gendaria with another youth after completing classes at the university, near Bahadur Shah Park.
While murdering Samad, the killers shouted Allahu Akbar (God is Greatest), witnesses said. The youth accompanying the victim has been missing since the incident, a police official said.

Nazim, who hailed from Sylhet, was the information and research secretary of Sylhet district unit of Bangabandhu Jatiya Jubo Parishad. He was also an activist of Gonojagoron Moncho’s Sylhet wing.

His friends said Nazim used to campaign for secularism on Facebook and was critical of radical Islamists. A day before the murder, he expressed concerns over the country’s law and order in a Facebook post.

The police cordoned off the crime scene. They recovered a bullet shell from the spot.
Nurul Amin, Assistant Commissioner of Sutrapur division, was quoted as saying that the police went to the spot and found the body in a pool of blood.

Nurul said it was clear that the assailants kept an eye on Nazim’s activities for long.
University Proctor Nur Mohammad said Nazim got admitted to the university two months ago.

"We have informed his family about the murder and are taking detailed information about him," he said.

Biya Urges Cabinet Members to Sign Up for Social Media to Avert Spread of Dangerous Information

Don’t be surprised to open your social media account tomorrow and find a friend request from Issa Tchiroma or say Mebe Ng’o waiting for your endorsement. President Paul Biya has urged his over 60 cabinet members to aggressively embrace new media by ensuring active presence on social media networks.

The descision we learned is informed by the spiralding number of social network users in Cameroon and the regime’s fear that such a growing trend could lead to a potential threat from young Cameroonians who are fed up with the system.

Biya, had in his 2016 youth day address to the young folks, acknowledged the “highly competitive new information technologies” era they were living in, and called on “large enterprises and other public and private entities” to “…set the example by progressively carrying out their own digital switchover.”

The latest presidential instruction now requires ministers and their ministries as well as other subordinate institutions to have official presence on prominent social networks such as Facebook, Whatsapp, Youtube, Instagram and Twitter, the goal –  so they can update Cameroonians and the rest of the world on their day-to-day activities.

Explaining the head of state’s directive at a press conference recently, Communication Minister, Issa Tchiroma Bakary, said government can not be indifferent in an era where almost every communication is fuelled by social or new media platforms.

Tchiroma said, the presence of traditional media channels notwithstanding, Biya also expects Cameroonians to be informed of official government business through major social media networks to which a very large number of citizens belong.

The Arab spring that toppled a number of dictatorial regimes across the Middle East and Africa for instance, was largely successful, thanks to social media.

But apart from informing Cameroonians of their day-to-day business, the government spokesman added what many Cameroonians thought is the original intention of the new order – check the activities of Cameroonians online in the guise of preventing the spread of rumour and false information about government.

The latest move by Biya, who is said to have an up-to-date official facebook and twitter accounts, observers think, may have also been prompted by the sad reality of most ministries or para-statals websites going for several months or years without being updated.

“I am very excited to hear this. If the ministers respect the president’s prescription, then it will be a great idea.  That means, for example, that I can be able to receive a tweet informing me of the launch of a competitive entrance examination by the public service ministry” Ambe Julienne, a young Yaounde resident told The Cameroon Journal.

For Ngwa Smith, a Yaounde I university student, Biya’s instruction could well just end up as a pipe dream, like has been the case with other aspects of national life. Hear him: “I have doubts if this will work. The social media is mostly used by us of the younger generation. And everyone knows that our government is a gerontocracy (a gov’t made up of very old people). I am sure some ministers cannot even read and print out an e-mail from their e-mail boxes on their own, without the help of an assistant.”

Mum who has sex with her son plans to marry and have kids by him

51 year old English woman, Kim West gave up her son, Ben Ford for adoption 30 years ago. Ben who was living in the US was able to track her down in 2013 and sent her a letter to let her know he was her son. Ben who had been married 2 years prior to contacting his mum began exchanging phone calls with his mum before they agreed to meet up.
Kim said when they met, it seemed like they had known each other for years.
Kim who is an interior designer said after she met her son, Ben Ford, 32, she started having sexy dreams about him and then realized she was sexually attracted to him so decided to look it up on the Internet. She said while surfing the net, she came across an article on Genetic Sexual Attraction (GSA), and felt like a weight had lifted.

She said the first time they met was in a hotel, she shared they kissed and it progressed from there.

Kim has now been in a relationship with her biological son Ben Ford, 32, for two years and believe they are ‘meant to be’. She said they are now in love with each other and are trying for a baby together.

Ben who was married for 2 years to his wife Victoria has since divorced her to be in a relationship with his mum. He said his wife was disgusted when he told her but he insisted that the relationship wasn't incestuous.

They claim it is ‘Genetic Sexual Attraction’, a term used for relatives who feel sexual attraction for each other after meeting as adults.
