Beauty queen mum died after falling into road during an argument with another parent at school

A mum and former beauty queen died after falling in front of a van outside her children's primary school during a row with another parent.
Robyn McHale, 28, died six days after being airlifted to Royal London Hospital in a critical condition from outside Forres Primary School in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.
An inquest into her death heard how just moments before the collision in February last year, she had been involved in a heated argument at the school gates.

Ms McHale was heard shouting "you f****** grass" before running towards another mum, Tara Jarmin, with her arms flailing and starting a tussle.

The inquest heard she had blamed the other mum after headteacher Sue Camp called the single mum-of-three into a meeting to discuss child car issues.

Robyn, from Hoddesdon, was said to have become "upset and angry" before storming out of the school and confronting the woman.

Mrs Camp told the hearing "Ms McHale was very volatile and aggressive in response to the meeting and was saying it was all the 'fault' of Tara Jarmin. She was shouting and continuing to be abusive so she was told to leave the school.
"Not long after, Tara Jarmin ran to me very agitated and in shock. She said something about Ms McHale and a car so I went outside with a first aid kit. That was when I saw her lying on the road unconscious and bleeding from a head wound."
Hatfield coroner Geoffrey Sullivan was told after reaching the woman, Robyn slipped from the kerb into the road and her head was struck by the rear near side wheel of a passing transit type van causing a massive head injury.

The inquest was told that initially police arrested the woman Robyn had run up to as well as a 15 year old girl.

But after officers were able to view CCTV footage which captured the incident, no charges were brought against them.
Police constable Ian Marsh confirmed that the van which struck mother-of-three Robyn had been travelling at just 21mph and had stopped immediately after the incident.
The woman said she heard a loud bang and realised that van had struck Robyn.
She told officers "It was a freak accident."
In a tribute Robyn's sister Alexander McHale said: "The family and friends are all devastated by Robyn's death and miss her very much. She had a cast iron exterior but a soft interior and gave her all to her three children. She touched the hearts of everyone she knew."
The coroner recorded a verdict of accidental death.

Photos: SA white lawyer brutally assaulted outside court by angry crowd for defending suspected child killers

Lawyer Nico Du Plessis was assaulted and beaten outside the Tonga Magistrate’s Court in Mpumalanga, South Africa on January 21 for defending suspected child killer. The lawyer said he dreads returning to court this coming Wednesday.

"I was really scared, I thought I was going to die especially when they mentioned that I would be killed. I sustained various injuries. I went to the doctor who examined me and gave me a J88 form. It shows marks around my neck where I was strangled with my tie, I have bruises and injuries due to being kicked all over my body,” said Du Plessis.

He explained that the crowd was angry with him because he was representing two men charged with the murder of a 3-year-old girl, whose body has never been found.

"I was attacked because I represented two accused in court and I wanted to apply for bail for them. I don’t feel safe anymore. However, I will have to ask the police to secure the place so that I can proceed with the case.

The case involved the kidnapping and possible murder of the girl on November 29 last year. The accused, Luis Sithole, Sfiso Mazibe, Themba Myambo and Jabulani Ndlovu have been charged with murder, despite the lack of a body. Du Plessis is representing Myambo and Ndlovu. He said he will take legal action against his attackers.

"I am busy opening a case in Nelspruit. I will submit my statement this week to the police."
He said the Director of Public Prosecutions had refused to move the case to a safer venue.

Meanwhile, Tonga police spokesperson Lieutenant Mzwandile Nyambi says police will be at the court to make sure there isn't another attack on Du Plessis

"We will deploy more police in court to make sure that the incident doesn’t happen again. We urge residents not to take the law into their own hands," he said.

Italian man escapes corruption charge because bribe he offered was too small

Italy's top court has ruled that a man who offered €100 to cops is not guilty of corruption because the sum is not substantial. The decision may have also taken into cognizance the man's state of mind at the time, as the man was caught driving under influence which made him offer the bribe to escape arrest. The driver was however convicted of drunk driving, which carries a fine of 6,200 euros, a suspended license for a year and also a year in prison.

Italian law states that a bribery attempt is labeled corruption when the action is made "with appropriate seriousness," and if the attempt is able to psychologically unsettle the public official".

Khloe Kardashian reveals three craziest places she's had sex

The 31 year old reality star got really honest with her fans as she revealed on her website the wildest places she's had sex, even more she ranked each spot. In a post called  -What else - "Just The Tip: I Rated The 3 Wildest Places I've Gotten Down," Khloe revealed everything:
"I'm not out there getting freaky in the craziest places, but I've had my fair share of chasing a thrill," Khloe wrote on her website/app. "Just for fun, I rated the three wildest places I've gotten down and dirty, LOL!!!"
She first started with a private plane experience:
MY RATING FOR THE PRIVATE PLANE IS: 5/5 "Doing it on a private plane is great, especially when there are other passengers on board. It's part of the thrill! I walked into the bathroom first and then he followed so it wasn't exactly stealth, haha!!! Everyone obviously knew what was going on in and when I walked out, they asked if we had fun, LOL!!!"
She then moved onto a moving car experience
MY RATING FOR THE MOVING CAR IS: 2/5"Don't try this at home! Someone else was driving and I was in the backseat, but I'm a tall girl so it feels cramped and it hurts my fu*king knees. Getting down in a moving car is a waste of time, because nothing happens for me. I just don't get to the finish line! If you're down for a thrill, then by all means, but this one gets a low rating from me!"
Lastly, Kitchen Counter
MY RATING FOR THE KITCHEN COUNTER IS: 5/5 You're at home, so it's comfortable, but it's still a little different than the norm. A marble kitchen counter is sexy, thrilling ... and cold, LOL!
"Beds are like, so last year. But having sex on a kitchen counter -- specifically a marble kitchen counter -- will give you and your partner back the thrill you've been missing in your boring relationship!''

Khloe obviously has no problem talking about her sex life, as only last week she dished to Bravo host Andy Cohen about a sex tape she made with Lamar Odom.
"I've definitely recorded myself having sex with my ex-husband. But not like, talking to camera. You remember those little cameras, little video cameras?" Khloe said. "That was my jam for a moment

Photos: Hidden safe found during demolition of a mansion once owned by drug lord Pablo Escobar.

A safe was discovered hidden inside a Miami mansion that once belonged to notorious Colombian drug lord, Pablo Escobar. Construction workers found the safe in the building's foundation during demolition.

The mansion, now owned by a restaurateur and a TV journalist, is being removed to make way for a more modern building. It was confiscated by the U.S. government in 1987 and sold at auction. The current owners purchased it in 2014.

"It was in the ground under some marble and was discovered by some of our workers, but before we even had a chance to remove it, it was stolen, so we've been working with police on that," Jennifer Valoppi, who co-owns the property with her husband, said in an interview with the BBC.

Escobar was known to have squirreled away much of his funds and drugs during the years he spent on the run, as much of it couldn't be kept in banks or laundered. He died in a shootout in Medellin in 1993.

De Berdouare, the owner, believes the Miami house was used "to conduct illicit trade," and he's therefore happy to see it torn down.

"We’re demolishing the house of the devilPablo Escobar was one of the biggest murderers and criminals in the world."

Death toll rises to 32 in Cameroon suicide attacks

MAROUA, Cameroon - The casualty toll from a series of suicide bombings in northernCameroon rose on Tuesday, with officials and local media reporting 32 dead and 86 seriously wounded.
Cameroon Radio Television reported four suicide bombers struck in Bodo town, in the Far North region, on Monday morning.
"We recorded over thirty dead and the death toll may quickly rise," a security source told Anadolu Agency on condition of anonymity. "Many serious injured were also reported. They are currently in different hospitals in the region."
Col. Nomo Jean Claude, the local gendarmerie commander, placed the blame on Boko Haram, which has terrorized the region around Lake Chad in a six-year battle for a separate state in northeast Nigeria.
The government passed on its condolences to the victims' families and urged people to be vigilant.
Cameroon has joined neighbors Nigeria, Chad and Niger in providing troops to an 8,700-strong force to combat Boko Haram.
Last week, around 20 people were killed in two Boko Haram suicide attacks on mosques in the Far North.
Since the beginning of the year, 15 suicide bombings have been carried out in Cameroon, according to Communication Minister Issa Tchiroma Bakary, while more than 1,100 civilians and security force members have been killed in attacks attributed to Boko Haram attacks in the Far North since 2013.

Bernard Muna: “While Paul Biya is alive, he has the right to run for another term in 2018”

The former president of the Alliance of Progressive Forces (AFP) thinks that the problems of Cameroon are not related to the person of Paul Biya. Bernard Muna was speaking in an interview with the soucrs.during, which he was posed a question that” some senators and high officials of the Republic have started to invite Paul Biya to be candidate.
 Bernard Muna
Bernard Muna
What is your comment on these multiple calls? Bernard Muna responded that “As long as Paul Biya is alive he has the right to run for another term in 2018 because the Constitution gives him that right. I think the problems our country faces are not related to the person of Biya, but the DPRK usually because several activists appointed to certain positions of responsibility are taking advantage of their position to embezzle public funds.
Some are already in prison. But it is important that if Paul Biya wins in 2018 he found other people to whom he should entrust the responsibilities in the government of Cameroon for the change policy.”
Le Jour in another question wanted to know what Bernard Muna learned from the last speech of Paul Biya to the nation.to, which he responded.
“ The person who advised the President of the Republic to talk about family allowances was misleading because the family allowance only involves officials. We must extend this measure to all Cameroonians including those in the informal sector.
The announcement of the head of state is perceived as discriminatory because only officials concerned. The second observation is that the president decides to lower fuel prices when oil prices fell internationally. And here, the reduction would be substantial. Lower the price of fuel at 20 CFA francs per litter it is insignificant and this measure does not seem to have a positive impact on the lives of Cameroonians.”
And as to Why Bernard Muna left the presidency of the AFP, Bernard Muna said, “ My departure is justified by the party’s constitution. I think that if a political party does not take seriously its statutes, if we violate each time, it is not when you are president you’ll always respect the Constitution of Cameroon. Secondly, I also think that at the age of 76 years, it was time that I pass the baton to the next generation including youth, because tomorrow it is these young people who will be elected presidents, who will go to the Assembly national will and energy to represent us in other public administrations”.
