31 year old single woman, who longed to wed, hanged herself after struggling to cope with seeing her friends get married

Danielle Saul, a business development manager who longed to be a bride committed suicide because she couldn't get a man to settle down with. She began to sink into depression as her friends started to wed while she lived alone with her cat. She eventually took her life after hopes of reconciling with her ex- boyfriend were shattered.

Although she was invited to hen parties and was asked to be a bridesmaid, Danielle sent messages to her best friend saying, “I feel like dying”, as well as a photograph of herself crying.

Tragedy struck in June last year after she went out partying with friends in Manchester city centre when she bumped into a former long-term boyfriend.

She invited the unnamed man and his friends back to the flat she owned in Fallowfield, Manchester, for further drinks but became upset when he left the following day without them reconciling.
She was found dead three days later when a concerned friend visited the apartment after not hearing from her. Tests later revealed she was twice the drink-drive limit and it is feared she “impulsively” took the decision as a “cry for help”.
Her mother Karen, from Preston, Lancs told a Manchester hearing:
"She had had a couple of long-term relationships, one of which was around five years ago, and then that broke up but she still had feelings for him and found it difficult.

I think she had an overload that weekend with the upset from her previous relationship. She had a difficult time at work a few months prior to that.

At the time quite a number of her friends were getting married and she was going to hen parties and she was going to be bridesmaid and I think she got overloaded with these things and emotionally things became exaggerated."
Danielle's best friend Lucy Nixon, who had known her for 15 years, said she met up with Danielle before their planned night out on the Saturday before her death. She said: "She was very down. "She always used very intensive words and we were expressive with one another. Saying, “I feel like dying” would not be unusual. She sent me a photo of herself crying on Saturday.

A post-mortem exam revealed Danielle had 162mg of alcohol in 100mg of blood. The legal limit is 80mg. No note was found with her body.

EgyptAir hostage situation ends in arrest of hijacker, Egypt Foreign Ministry says "He is not a terrorist, but an idiot"

The hostage situation at Cyprus' Larnaca airport  has finally ended in arrest of the hijacker, the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said. The foreign ministry identified the hijacker as Seif Eldin Mustafa in a tweet. It did not provide further details. The foreign ministry reportedly said the hijacker "is not a terrorist, but an idiot".

A man who claimed to have an explosive vest had been holding seven people hostage aboard an EgyptAir plane after forcing it to divert to the Mediterranean island during a domestic flight from Alexandria to Cairo.

The airline said the plane, flight number MS181, was carrying 56 passengers, including 26 foreigners, and seven crew, as well as a security officer. Minutes before the alleged hijacker was arrested a number of people were seen leaving the plane, walking down the stairs, with one climbing out of a cockpit window, before being led away by security officers.

Announcing the end of the hostage situation, the Cyprus Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Twitter: “It’s over. The hijacker arrested.”

Four people were seen leaving the hijacked EgyptAir plane around 12.30pm. One man climbed out the cockpit window and three more people, dressed in uniform, ran down the plane’s steps.
Egypt’s civil aviation minister said the hijacker had not issued any "concrete” demands and that it was not clear whether the hijacker’s claims that he had a suicide vest were true.

There are also conflicting reports over his motive, with some saying the incident is related to his ex-wife and others reporting that he asked for the release of political prisoners in Egypt.

Among the passengers were 26 foreigners, including eight Americans, four Britons, four Dutch, two Belgians, an Italian, a French national, two Greeks and one Syrian, the director of the Alexandria airport said. Negotiations led to the release of almost all of those on board soon after the plane arrived in Cyprus, with footage showing many looking calm as they walked down stairs from the plane with their luggage to waiting buses.

The man’s motivation is unclear, but Cypriot president Nicos Anastasiades said the hijacking was nothing to do with terrorism, while a Cyprus government official said the man "seems (to be) in love".

Citing security sources, Cypriot state media said that the motives of the hijacker appeared personal and he had asked to contact his ex-wife, who lives in Cyprus. "It is not something which has to do with terrorism." Cypriot President Nicos Anastasiades told reporters.

Asked if a woman was involved he said, "there is always a woman involved."

Meet the Zimbabwean woman who believes she is Jesus Christ (photos)

A Zimbabwean woman believes she is Jesus Christ. The woman identified as Mrs Entrance Nyanyete, had left residents of Mudzimu Unoyera Sect in Chatiza Village, Mashonaland Central’s Guruve District of Zimbabwe to believe the Messiah lives among them.
On Good Friday, March 25, 2016 when journalists visited her home, she was not around but they met her mother Mai Maria (Mother Mary) who actually confessed that she forgot that Easter was just days away.
Amidst some serious sobs, Maria said:

“I had forgotten that it is Easter. You have actually reminded me of my child’s death. This is actually one of the most painful times of my life as it reminds me of the time white people overseas killed my child.”
Her husband, known as “Baba Josefa” (Father Joseph), added:

“You came here to ask about our Easter celebrations. See how painful it is to her? It is painful to celebrate because this is the day Jesus was killed.” The gathering once again sang as one follower, Mary, wiped “Mai Maria’s” tears and sprinkled deodorant on her clothes, Sunday Mail reported.

Mai Maria said Jesus died 2,000 years ago and was reincarnated as Emmanuel Dzanagare Mudyiwa in 1939. Mudyiwa died in 1989 and the spirit entered her then six-year-old daughter, Tepsy Nyanyete, in 1998.

The sect believes Nyanyete, now 24, is Jesus, and refer to her as Jepsy Nyanyete, Jekia Mambo, Tenzi or Ishe Jesu. Zimbabweans have come to know her as ‘Girl Jesus’.

The followers are so faithful despite the arrest of “Mai Maria” and “Baba Josefa” years back for assaulting police officers who were rescuing 160 children at the shrine.

Mrs Nyanyete said: “For us, every Friday is Easter and we remember how they killed my child many years back. We celebrate it in our own way, with our own rituals, which include crying, singing and dancing.

“We are, however, grateful that Jesus came back, and this time, she will not die. She is not going away anymore. She is set to live forever and rule the earth.”She led the newsmen to ‘Jesus’ bedroom where a cot, diapers, baby clothes and blankets were neatly arranged and explained that her ‘Jesus’daughter had a great passion for dolls.
