Nicki Minaj's ex Safaree steps out in $10k mink coat looking fine...

...and maybe a little crazy...lol. Safaree, who is suing Nicki for over $1million, attended Blac Chyna's emoji launch in LA last night in a $10k mink coat with no shirt on.
