Chrissy Teigen defends choosing gender of her baby amid backlash from haters

During an interview with People magazine, model Chrissy Teigen who is expecting her first child with Husband John Legend said she had infertility issues hence used IVF method to conceive and that she picked out the gender of her baby during her IVF procedure.

She said:

"Not only am I having a girl, but I picked the girl from her little embryo. I picked her and was like, 'Let's put in the girl,'"

However, not everyone approved of the sender selection. Someone said she should have adopted since she knew she had infertility issues and indirectly called her selfish. Another called her baby a science/artificial baby. However, Chrissy didn't take the insults, she clapped back at the unreasonable haters. Read the tweets below:

Teen girl who reported being gang raped by 5 teens in Brooklyn park now says the sex was consensual and she had sex with her own dad

Remember the 18 year old girl who said she was drinking with her Dad in the park at night when five teen boys attacked them with a gun and asked her Dad to leave, then got gang raped by all of them? Well she has admitted in court that the sex with all 5 boys was consensual and that she did infact sleep with her Dad. After her admission, all charges against the boys were dropped.

The boys, Denzel Murray, 14, Shaquell Cooper and Ethan Phillip, both 15, and Onandi Brown and Travis Beckford, both 17, have all been let off the hook according to Brooklyn District Attorney Ken Thompson who made the announcement Wednesday afternoon.

'Working closely with the NYPD, my office has thoroughly investigated disturbing and very serious allegations of a gang rape at gunpoint last month inside the Osborn Playground in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn,' a statement from Thompson's office reads. 

'The complainant, as well as her father, provided multiple inconsistent accounts to NYPD Detectives and to experienced Special Victims prosecutors about important material facts in this case.

'The complainant has recanted her allegations of forcible sexual assault and the existence of a gun, and she does not wish to pursue criminal charges against any of the defendants. 

'She also refuses to cooperate with any prosecution against her father, who was engaging in sexual conduct with her. That night, this young woman's father and the five young men engaged in conduct that was reprehensible and wrong, but because of the lack of reliable evidence, criminal charges simply cannot be sustained.'

Thompson said that he hopes the girl 'gets all the support she needs going forward,' adding that victim advocates have been working with her and will provide any assistance she may need in the future.

Khloe K admits she photoshopped her gym selfie, slams haters

Khloe K shared a selfie of herself in the gym yesterday but somehow, some people noticed that she photo shopped her hips and called her out on it. The photo on the left is the photo-shopped one while the one on the right is the original one. She took to her IG page to share the original photo and wrote:

Woman claims she was sacked after she took three days off after a break up

A 24 year old single mum Katy Payne says she was sacked from her new job at DHL haulage depot in Ruddington, Notts for taking just three days off - because she broke up with her boyfriend. She said she was sacked for "unauthorised absences".
She, said:

"The odd time when my three-year-old has been ill I have had a day off but never anything more. "On the Monday I told my manager I needed to take a bit of time off because I had to sort my flat out as I broke up with my boyfriend and she seemed fine with it."

"Then when I got back in on the Thursday I was handed this letter and told to clear my desk with no other explanation than that," Katy said. "I was so upset because I have been trying to build a life for me and my child. I had worked hard for my promotion and was looking forward to a new challenge.

"I just did not see this coming because, I haven't even been given a chance to even start. "I feel so disappointed that it has come to this."

Since she lost her job, she has now had to moved back in with her mum with her son, Frankie.

She added:

"I'm applying for all sorts of jobs as I don't want to take Frankie out of childcare . I'm a hard worker and want to get back earning money.

"My ex-boyfriend has been hassling me so I needed those days to sort out my tenancy agreement, sell furniture and sort childcare.

"I wasn't just sitting around doing nothing. It was stuff I couldn't do during work hours.

"I'm meeting with my union on March 4 as I have appealed the decision.

"I can't see how they can offer me a promotion two weeks ago and now there's no job for me at all."

Her mum Jayne Payne, 44, who has been trying to help get her job back, said:

"She is absolutely devastated because she enjoyed her job and was really working hard. "She is now just frightened for the future and was not expecting this.

"What they have done is really unfair because everyone has family problems and I have even called them myself to try and find out what has happened."

A spokesman for DHL said:

"While we cannot comment on individual cases, we can confirm that DHL is an equal opportunities employer."

Bobby Brown and wife expecting their third child together and his 7th child

Bobby Brown and his wife Alicia Etheredge are expecting their third child together. Etheredge, who has been married to Brown since 2012, just gave birth to their daughter Bohdi on July 11 last year, around the same time his 22-year old daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown who was found unresponsive in a bathtub. This will be Bobby Brown's 7th child including Bobbi Kristina

Pregnant secretary of Pope Francis found dead in her home

The Pope's seven-months pregnant receptionist, 34-year-old Miriam Wuolou was found dead in her apartment on the outskirts of Rome. She had reportedly worked at Pope Francis' home and a priests' guesthouse called Santa Marta for years. Wuolou is from Eritrean descent
The Italian press reports she worked as a kind of gatekeeper for the Pontiff, as well as for the bishops and cardinals who stay there.

Ms Wuolou had a serious kind of diabetes which had led doctors to warn her that her pregnancy was at risk.

Police are investigating the matter as a case of neglect and have interviewed her family members, including her ex-husband whom she is separated from, and most recent boyfriend, thought to be a policeman in the Vatican, according to Rome-based newspaper il Messaggero.

Her brother was the one who found the body on Friday after he had not heard from her for several days. The autopsy has been carried out, and DNA tests are to be carried out on the foetus.


The first external examination of the corpse showed no signs of violence.

Joseph Parker to fight Cameroon's Carlos Takam

Suddenly, Joseph Parker is one fight away from a world title challenge. Parker's received notice from the IBF that he will fight Cameroon's fifth ranked Carlos Takam to become the mandatory number one challenger for their belt. That means, if he wins, he'll take on the winner of April's World title fight between champion Charles Martin and rising British star Anthony Joshua. Promoters Duco events are currently in negotiations with Takam's camp on when and where, although they expect to host the fight in either Auckland, Christchurch or Invercargill in May. Parker's scheduled fight in Christchurch in April has been postponed.

Takam is 35-years-old and has a 33 win, two loss, one draw professional record. He's 189 centimetres tall and is a very muscular fighter. He has fought some quality heavyweight contenders in the past. In 2014, he was knocked out by Alexander Povetkin, who is expected to fight WBC champion Deontay Wilder this year.

The IBF has seen plenty of movement recently.

Tyson Fury won it off Wladimir Klitschko and then vacated it because he preferred to have a rematch with Klitschko than defend it against the mandatory challenger. That meant little known American Charles Martin and Ukrainian Vyacheslav Glazkov  fought for the vacant belt, as the top two contenders on the IBF's rankings. Glazkov pulled out of that mid-bout because of a knee injury, so Martin walked away a world champion.

He's taken the fight against Joshua in London, because the Olympic champion from Britain commands big pay-per-view dollars and packs out stadiums in the UK. Martin is considered the easy-beat out of the current world champions. Lanky Brit Fury has the WBO and WBA  belts, while hard-punching American Wilder has the WBC.
