Another distasteful racist post from a white South African

Few days after Penny Sparrow referred to Black South Africans as 'monkeys, another white South African has written a racist post. Jeanine Soekoe Feirrera (pictured here with husband) in her post used words like "ugly face" "fraudulent" "lazy ass" to describe Blacks. Wait...did she say "match in here and take what is not yours?" If my history is correct, it was white people who matched in here and took what did not belong to them. See her post after the cut...

No condition is permanent – See this Hilarious Throwback Photos Of When Kim Kardashian Was Paris Hilton’s PA

In touch Weekly magazine unearthed old photos of socialite Kim Kardashian that the mother-of-2 probably wishes she could scrub from the Internet.
In her first real job as Paris Hilton‘s personal assistant, Kim slaved in Paris’s custom closet for years.
Kim’s job duties entailed making Paris look good in the latest couture fashions; organizing Paris’s huge closet and throwing out any frock she saw another star wearing to an event.

One of the perks of Kim’s job included borrowing one of Paris’s many handbags. Paris didn’t pay Kim enough to afford her own Louis Vuitton handbag. She also didn’t pay Kim enough to afford expensive breast implants and butt injections. Those accessories would come later in her career.
Kim’s high profile job led to appearances on Paris’s reality TV show and exposed Kim to Hollywood’s snobbish high society.

One of the Hollywood personalities Kim met through her association with Paris was Brandy Norwood‘s sleazy little brother, Ray J, who cast the flat-chested budding porn star in his latest home movie.
The rest, as they say, is history.
It seems the years got by, Kim’s breasts, boobs and face underwent a drastic transformation…

Photos: Man kills himself and his two children by deliberately driving off a wharf in South Australia

In what is being described as murder-suicide, a popular father from Port Lincoln on Monday morning, January 4, drove himself and his young children off the end of a wharf in the coastal South Australian city at high speed. The bodies of Damien Little and his sons, were found in the submerged car by police divers. A rifle was also recovered from the car.

The white station wagon was spotted driving off the end of Brennan's Wharf about 6:00am, and sank in up to 30 metres of water. Witnesses told police it seemed the vehicle had deliberately driven off the wharf. Divers from SA Police's Water Operations Section flew to Port Lincoln from Adelaide for an underwater search, and police said the bodies of Little and his children were found just before 12:30pm.

On Tuesday, January5, Police has confirmed that Little deliberately drove off the wharf and into 30 metres of water. A family acquaintance and local businessman told AAP he was still numb about what happened.

"It’s just a shocking thing to have happen out of the blue and for no reason that we knew of," Wheatsheaf Hotel owner Peter Watherston said on Tuesday.
"He and his brother used to pop out for a beer. He was just a normal, everyday Australian bloke."

South Australian Commissioner for Victims’ Rights Michael O’Connell urged people not to rush to blame Mr Little.

"This tragic, heart-wrenching incident has caused a great deal of anguish for family, kinfolk and those who knew them, but also to many who find murder by a parent to be among the cruellest of tragedies," he said.
"As people seek to come to terms with what has happened, they should be careful not to victim-blame.
"We do not know the reasons Damien did what he appears to have done and speculating helps neither the family nor the people of Port Lincoln."

Hundreds of tributes have been left to the children on social media. Locals have also placed flowers and teddy bears on the edge of the wharf. The victims’ distraught family has asked media to respect their privacy.

An investigation is being led by detectives from the Major Crime Investigation Branch, forensic experts and the Major Crash team, supported by local police.

Imagine the cake they made for this woman's 40th birthday

Sea tensions surge as China lands plane on artificial island

China's first landing of a plane on one of its new island runways in the South China Sea shows Beijing's facilities in the disputed region are being completed on schedule and military flights will inevitably follow, foreign officials and analysts said.

China's increasing military presence in the disputed sea could effectively lead to a Beijing-controlled air defence zone, they said, ratcheting up tensions with other claimants and with the United States in one of the world's most volatile areas.
Chinese foreign ministry officials confirmed on Saturday that a test flight by a civilian plane landed on an artificial island built in the Spratlys, the first time Beijing has used a runway in the area.
Vietnam launched a formal diplomatic protest while Philippines Foreign Ministry spokesman Charles Jose said Manila was planning to do the same. Both have claims to the area that overlap with China.
"That's the fear, that China will be able take control of the South China Sea and it will affect the freedom of navigation and freedom of overflight," Jose told reporters.
In Washington, State Department spokesman John Kirby said China's landing of the plane "raises tensions and threatens regional stability."
Senator John McCain, the chairman of the influential U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee, criticised the Obama administration for delaying further "freedom of navigation" patrols within 12 nautical miles of the islands built by China.
China has been building runways on the artificial islands for over a year, and the plane's landing was not a surprise.
The runway at the Fiery Cross Reef is 3,000 metres (10,000 feet) long and is one of three China was constructing on artificial islands built up from seven reefs and atolls in the Spratlys archipelago.
The runways would be long enough to handle long-range bombers and transport craft as well as China's best jet fighters, giving them a presence deep into the maritime heart of Southeast Asia that they have lacked until now.
Chinese officials have repeatedly stressed that the new islands would be mostly for civilian use, such as coast guard activity and fishing research.
Foreign ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying said at the weekend that the test flight was intended to check whether the runway met civilian aviation standards and fell "completely within China's sovereignty".
However, military landings on the islands were now "inevitable", said Leszek Buszynski, a visiting fellow at the Australian National University's Strategic and Defence Studies Centre.
An air defence zone, while unlikely soon, was feasible and possible in future once China's built up its air strength, he said.
"The next step will be, once they've tested it with several flights, they will bring down some of their fighter air power - SU-27s and SU-33's - and they will station them there permanently. That's what they're likely to do."

Smash and Vast – Interview: “We Have Grown Thanks To The Francophone Audience”

Smash and Vast, members of the Nigerian musical group, Bracket, talk about their career during their recent trip to Cameroon
.Résultat de recherche d'images pour "NIGERIAN MUSIC GROUP BRACKET IN CAMEROON"
Why is Bracket so engaged in educational projects?
Smash: First of all, education is very important, no matter how little it is. No matter what you do, you need to be knowledgeable in order to know how to do it. It is a charity project that ties with our plan of action as we plan to open a charity organisation.
Since your beginning in 1998, your group has witnessed a lot of changes. How do think Bracket has sailed through these changes?
Vast: We have progressed a lot, thanks to the love shown to us by our French-speaking brothers and sisters. This is because during each of our performances in countries like Cote d'Ivoire and other countries of French expression, the turnout has always been massive. The euphoria is different from when we perform in the USA, London, etc, where the audience is English-speaking. Our Francophone brothers have really helped us progressed a great deal.
Bracket, like many groups in Nigeria and Africa, sing mostly about love. Why is Bracket not being different by singing for example about suffering?
Smash and Vast: First of all, why do we suffer? It is because we don't love each other. Bracket sings about love to encourage us love and care for one another. This because if you love, there is no way you can suffer. Africans are already aware of the fact that they are suffering, so we don't think they want to be reminded of it. Bracket is therefore trying to sing about the way forward out of suffering, war and others.
Smash and Vast Smash and Vast In this light, we have songs like "Leaders of tomorrow," which has to do with little kids who are abandoned by their parents at birth, child trafficking, etc. Maybe we did not push such or hype this song, but we have songs that talk of suffering. Furthermore, as a musician, you must also be known for singing something particular. Some groups sing only about suffering, others about peace and many more. Bracket is known for singing love. We believe if we deviate from it, our fans may not understand. What we do is pass a message via our love songs.
Nigerian music has taken over Africa like a storm. Everywhere in Africa, Nigerian music is appreciated. How does Nigerian music make the difference from other music genres in Africa?
Smash: There is a lot of competition and there are so many artistes in Nigeria. Moreover, Nigerians get so involved in anything that is lucrative. If football gains grounds and brings in money, about 80 per cent of youths will dive into football. Our population is also too demanding, so everybody is trying to sing, rap. I think we also make a difference thanks to our diversity. For instance, Bracket's style is different from that of P-Square or Flavour. We propose different musical options to the public.
Bracket has featured with artistes like P-Square, J. Martins and many other African artistes. How has all this helped to promote Bracket?
Smash and Vast: It has helped to promote Bracket as a band. Collaboration helped us a lot because it is thanks to featuring that we have succeeded to go higher heights. For instance, when we started working on our music, we presented some of our singles to P-Square and they appreciated it. This prompted them to do a song with us which is "No time." We made other bands believe that collaboration could make them more successful. So collaboration has really helped us.
One of Bracket's members, Vast, recently suffered from cancer of the blood. How did it tighten the bond between you?
Smash and Vast: It was very difficult for us, but we thank God all went all well. We kept low for almost eight months, praying to God. It is during my fourth circle that we shot our video with Diamond Platinum because I had to undergo eight circles. I didn't feel depressed because Smash was there and our fans also, when they eventually heard of my sickness. This inspired us to decide to open a foundation in Lagos State in 2016. Its main goal is to raise funds for cancer patients.

15 year old questioned over the death of her mum and mum's bf who raped her

A teenage girl is being questioned over the murders of her mum and mother's boyfriend after their decomposing bodies were found at their home, it was reported. The remains of Rosie Sanchez, 38, and Anderson Nunez, 40, were discovered at their Brooklyn apartment around 8pm on Sunday.

Sanchez's 15-year-old daughter is being quizzed by police after allegedly confessing to a cousin that she killed them because her mum's boyfriend repeatedly raped her, police said.
The cousin is believed to have called police, who found the decomposing bodies after conducting a welfare check, Pix11 reported.
Sanchez was found dead in a bedroom chair while the body of Nunez was discovered on the kitchen floor.

Both had been stabbed repeatedly, a police source said. A knife was also found in the kitchen, the Daily News reported.
A shell casing is also believed to have been found at the scene in Sheepshead Bay Houses apartment on Batchelder St.

According to the Daily News, the teenager allegedly confessed to killing the pair on December 27. She allegedly accused her mother of ignoring her claims that Nunez had repeatedly raped her, the paper reported.

The girl reportedly went to stay with her father for a few days following the incident, before staying with her cousin.

She allegedly confessed after her cousin became concerned that she hadn't heard from Sanchez for several days.
The teenager was taken into custody and is being questioned by police, the Daily News reported.

King Of Beefs: 5 Of Don Jazzy’s Beefs With Other Artists

www.facebook.com/tantoh.wilfred

The Mavin Records boss, Don Jazzy, appears easy going, self-effacing and quiet. When he newly entered the industry he barely spoke, posing with his trademark walking stick, his then partner, D’Banj, acting as his mouth piece. He whispered in D’Banj’s ears and the Kokomaster passed on the message to the world.

Don Jazzy
However, subsequent events in his career have shown that the leader of the Supreme Mavin Dynasty may not be as reserved as he may have wanted the public to believe. As calm as he may appear in public, since his start with Mo’Hits, he has been consistently involved in one major beef or the other with his colleagues in the industry.
Olayinka Obey takes us through five of the major public drama, Don Jazzy has been involved including the latest – and since resolved – Headies war-of-words with Olamide.
1. Don Jazzy vs. Kay Switch
Kay Switch
You remember Kay Switch? D’Banj’s younger brother and a member of the defunct Mo’Hits crew? It may come as a surprise to many that Kay Switch didn’t record even one single under the label for the about eight years he swas signed to it. No wonder he included several shades to Don Jazzy in the lyrics of his songs since leaving Mo’hits. Kay Switch claimed his brother’s former partner did not believe in his musical talents and as such denied him several chances to prove his worth. Even though he doesn’t call any names, an astute listener of Kay Switch’s songs would know who he is singing about.
2. Don Jazzy vs. D’Banj
Dbanj
This was the one that broke our hearts to pieces. Who does not know the story of D’Banj and Don Jazzy? They had a formidable and enviable partnership with their then label, churning out hits after hits. But the Mo’Hits ship capsized in 2012 and the split to form their own record labels, with only Kay Switch following his brother to DB Records and the rest staying with Don Jazzy and his Mavin Records.
The D’Banj/Don Jazzy beef was reportedly based on the former’s desire to widen his musical coasts to the US while the latter preferred to stay in his own lane, and remain in Nigeria where they were already big. They have tried several times to bury the hatchet and move on, having been seen together at shows dedicating awards to each other and most recently performing together at Timaya’s I Concur concert. Even 2Face Idibia pleaded for one more song for the fans at his Fortyfied concert back in September 2015.
3. Don Jazzy vs. JJC
JJC
JJC was the frontman of a UK-based Nigerian music group called JJC and 419 Squad with which D’Banj and Don Jazzy were associated, although not regular members of the band. The duo, however, moved to Nigeria to establish the defunct Mo’Hits and build a large music empire to the disappointment of JJC. On his return to the country, JJC went on several media blasting both Don Jazzy and D’Banj for their “betrayal”. However, these days, it appears tempers have cooled as the African Skank singer, back in 2014, was seen in Don Jazzy’s Mavin Records studio making beats.
4. Don Jazzy vs. Wande Coal
Wande Coal
One of Don Jazzy’s loyalists that followed him from the dismantled Mo’Hits to Mavin Records got in the bad books of his erstwhile boss when he released a song Babyface. Prior to release of that song, Wande Coal had shown an inclination to stand alone, launching his Black Diamond label. Things went sour when Don Jazzy publicly accused Wande Coal of intellectual theft on social media for the Babyface, which pushed the latter to finally announce his exit from Mavin Records. It turned out to be a huge show of shame from erstwhile partners as many thought there issues should have been sorted out privately. The controversy affected the acceptance of the song.
5. Don Jazzy vs. Olamide
Olamide
The latest and biggest of the many Don Jazzy vs. other artistes beefs is the 2016 agenda setting music industry beef on January 1, at The Headies.  Olamide, who felt the award organizers cheated his protégé Lil Kesh in 2015 out of the Rookie of the Year was furious when the Efejoku singer lost again to Mavin’s Reekado Banks. He expressed his rage at the awards organizers when another of his protégé Adekunle Gold stepped up to receive his award for Sade in the Best Alternative Song category. Don Jazzy, while receiving the Special Recognition award, chose to respond to Olamide’s rant, which he assumed was directed at him and his Mavin crew. Olamide then went on to “wash” the Don on Twitter, calling his humility a show. The two have since reconciled but would that be the end of the beef?
We watch with bated breath.
