Bouba Souaré a worker with the Arab Contractors company died in a landslide that occurred Thursday, May 12, 2016, in the morning, at the ahmadou Ahidjo’s stadium in Yaoundé. Two of his colleagues are seriously injured with fractures.
Official sources say, “the three workers were working at shuttering of a second tunnel at the corner, right next to the grandstand the Ngousso end at the main entrance of the stadium”. Bouba Souaré was killed by a landslide during construction works of a second tunnel, a second underground entrance which was under construction to add to the existing one. as obligated by FIFA, reported state radio CRTV.
